So it goes to follow he’d also appreciate other equally well known artists who also were amazing dancers & performers aside from vocal ability. It also goes without saying that Jimin, was indeed heavily influenced by MJ. He even taught Jin to moon dance for Dynamite MV, also Jimin was the one that suggested other MJ moves also for BTS song “Dynamite”. Jimin already at early age of 10, started studying hip hop at the renowned Just Dance Academy, in Busan, city where Jimin’s from, which teaches all the many different styles of hip hop. There is even a post made that shows a performance where young again 11 Jimin in 2007, not only performed already, on right front side of stage, but later on went in front and did a solo. JIMIN also competed, excelling in popping, & isolation moves, winning every competition. JIMIN also since a little boy, trained 8 yrs in various forms of martial arts: Taekwondo (blackbelt), Hapkido, Kendo, & Chinese martial arts. This was aside from still attending middle school Jimin, where he was already into all kinds of sports, including being part of soccer team,, but also basketball, even joined after school billiards, also excelling in track & field throughout his schooling. He never mentioned this out of consideration for the other members, but Jimin learned poppin for two years at the age of 13. He was in middle school, and he won an adult competition. He doesn't show it off too well, but he's actually a great poppin master. The tremendous core power of Jimin's dance starts from the basics of polishing popping skills. His academic performance was so good that Jimin's parents hoped to become a prosecutor, and he was popular, so he was class president for 9 years. And he was considerate and kind to his disabled friend, and he even received a letter of thanks from his friend's mother after the semester ended. He became the first male student to be accepted into a prestigious art high school. He had to have high grades to be able to do it, and he was also the first passer from a non-art middle school. He excels at everything, but he doesn't brag about anything to his members or fans and keeps it a secret. These are all anecdotes told by friends and teachers around him. He was single-handedly selected after breaking through a 3000:1 competition in the Big Hit audition, the first challenge in his life. He is also the only member who went through a official audition. Jimin is such a person. He is the most loved idol in the world and a role model for life 💜

This is the kind of opinion that I know i want to hear. I really hope to see Hybe/Big Hit experiment with Jimin musically or anything too globally, and not just on one member. Jmin is very talented often downplayed, but people LOVE LOVE him. Hope to see more of Jimin soon. ❤

He was lucky. His parents supported what he wanted to do. He was also class President for, if I remember correctly, 9 years in a row. He loves dancing. He was in school learning contemporary dancing. Between dancing and the martial arts he he took, his inner core is rock solid. The video just watched, the part where Jimin was in a suit, they were on stage. Hobi started dancing, then he dropped on the ground, with his knees bent and feet on the floor, Jimin flipped over him, there faces were like 2-3 inches apart as Jimin went over him. It's on RU-vid.

There is no trampoline. Jimin took contemporary dance and martial arts, classes. He is a perfectionist so if he tries something he will not stop till he perfects it.

its a combination of marital arts training dancing training physical training and alot of hard work ...his members said he often never slept hardly just training all day for 18 to 20 hrs a day
Jimin has been dancing since he was young, dancers are among the most athletic men on the planet. NFL footballs guys can't keep up with their practice and fitness routines. Jimin also has a black belt in two different martial arts.
