Good video. I've actually found Value 1 beds in summer OK to get bang on 7 months. Studios a different story of course, as are busier times.

Great point, the 1 bedrooms do tend to have the least demand of any room category with studios having the highest. So, there is hope for those trying to snag value at 7 months! Thank you for watching and contributing!

Hi, Beth! Thanks for the videos, they have been really helpful as I just booked my family’s first overnight Disney trip. We are staying in the one bedroom villa savanna view in Kidani village. Any suggestion on floor or location? I think I remember you saying the pembay side was really nice in one of your videos. I know the agent said there would be no guarantees, but she said I could put a preference, and since you seem like you know your way around AKL, I was hoping for some advice! Thanks! Hi Natasha, I am so excited for you! A savanna view one-bedroom is an amazing choice for your family’s first overnight trip to WDW. The two savannas at Kidani Village are Pembe and Sunset. Pembe is the smaller savanna on the side of the resort near the pool area. Sunset is the large savanna shared by Kidani and Jambo. Both are great, just different. As much as I love the okapi in the Pembe savanna, I would recommend requesting Sunset savanna. Sunset has all of the “bigger” animals like giraffe and zebra. There really is no better way to start a day than watching a giraffe while you sip your coffee! I hope this helps and thanks for watching.

Hi Beth! Is it too hard to book at 11 months? I'm thinking about buying DVC resale and I was wondering about that. I always go in september

One bedroom villas are actually the least popular DVC room size with members, so while there aren’t a lot of them, the value one bedrooms are pretty easy to get at 11 months if you own at AKL. I hope that helps B B and thank you for watching!
