this was the only song i would play after my girlfriend died. we grew up together from little toddlers and just each others world. taken by a drunkdriver. some how this sad song made me feel so much better. got me to look on the up side of things, move on, but never forgeting, and find a place for a lost soul. best song by him hands down

My wonderful uncle died today, so I really do wish I could walk through the doors of my mind, it's supposed to rain this week maybe the rain will cover my tears and I can find comfort in my pain.

Every time I hear this song I miss my mom, she died by cancer. I told her to fight the cancer,yes she did, but the cancer never gave her a chance to take a rest. She finally death. I don't know where's cancer comes from? and why it kill people. I actually don't know the meaning of this song but I guess the guy in this song never give up for all obstacles in his life there for at that time that my mom sick I told her all time "Don't surrender mom" . So for me this song is my mom's song. I will keep my mom in my mind for ever, see you again next life and I will be your good boy I swear. Dedicate for my mom. Mrs. Sujittra Thanachaiaree. Joejo

Today I realised this song is about PTSD, and although I didn't understand the meaning as a kid, I played this song on repeat to comfort myself from the violence during my childhood that lead to my own PTSD as an adult.

this song it's so perfect, soft, touching..if this didn't put a goofy smile on your face or made you think about your past, and your beautiful and sad moments, that means that you are not human. i always find myself staring at my PC with a smile on my face after this song ends..and that's pretty weird for a rocker.

This takes me back to when I was 10. I went through the pain of losing my grandad whilst trying to survive year 6 with a peadophile headteacher who tried his hardest to abuse me, touched me several times (bum and thighs) whilst 'helping me during PE), and watched me change for PE and swimming, grabbed me by my hand and took me to his office, insisting on putting a sticker on my jumper, and putting me on his lap because I had stage fright. He massaged my shoulders and touched my legs on this occasion. It was just awful. It's like he preyed on my vulnerability since I was going through the heartbreak of losing my grandad. He took it upon himself to try and take advantage when I was just 10 years old. Thank god he wasn't able to do more because I trusted my gut and ran away from him whenever I could! Love this song but it brings up so much pain
