Howdy Miss Zuchi, appreciate much your reaction. This was a sad song because it was a real song, but nonetheless was a beautiful song. That really was James' father popping up toward the end of the video. At the time, he was terminally ill with a stage 4 kidney disease and the clock was ticking down in ending his life. His dad had a rare blood type and no donor could be found to replace a kidney. Fortunately a distant cousin who had the same blood type actually saw the video and donated one of his saving the dad's life; although I understand he's still in serious condition. James' record producers did not want to make this video as they felt it was too unprofessional, but James insisted as a tribute to his dad. Yes, James was emotional and sang out of key a few times, but the video was an honest and sincere dedication to his father. We all appreciate much your reaction as you show that their still is some humanity left in us all...for that we thank ya kindly...
I'm a 6ft 2, 250lb neanderthal, this song makes me cry almost every time I listen to it x One of the most beautiful, emotional, sad songs ever written ❤
James blunt is an emotional singer... this song, with his Dad, when Hope was lost. Absolutely heartbreaking 😢. Thank God, a donor happened! 💕 Your reaction, ... I’m gonna say, was spot on to anyone who listens to this song!
You're so beautiful. Wherever you are today, it is a better place because you are there. I hope you are happy, safe and enjoying your time on earth. You will always control you own happiness. What a princess you are. Love and respect to you and your family.
