The Ayahuasca experience.
Follows James English on an emotional, physical and spiritual journey into the world of the plant based medicine Ayahuasca.
James spends a week in Rythmia life advancement, centre, Costa Rica, taking part in a 4 day ayahuasca ceremony, exploring the deepest corners of his mind.
The journey is an emotional and terrifying rollercoaster, filled with sadness and darkness, but also happiness and enlightenment, as James meets others from all over the world with very colourful pasts and each individual he speaks to are all searching for that one thing, A miracle.
Is healing through Ayahuasca a modern day myth, or is it the solution to gaining inner peace?

My good friend luke is in this video.. it’s really cool to see how this experience has continued to make a positive impact on his life and how he is still going clean and living his life to the fullest without his past addictions each and every day

I understand him. I too, have been masking pain through drug abuse my whole life. I’m hoping and surrendering my fears to find the truth locked inside of me. I’m ready to deal with it.

Not only did it heal much of the trauma that I have gone through for most of my life, it has affected my coordination, which is off due to child abuse. I'm 41, btw. Not only can i use my arms normally again, the shaman actually adjusted my spine, and now I don't need special pillows for my neck and back when I lay down or sit down. I feel also like I have a shield around me protecting me, because of more physical stability, thus more mental stability. The ayahuasca was the easy part, my allergies to whatever they washed the sheets in was the only rough part. I have been healed mentally and coordinationally by psychedelics and hypnosis before, but this ritual really helped me in a different way than before I did Behold retreats in Costa Rica, they don't do colon cleanses.... I did have a nice massage tho....

There's no doubt that plant medicines and natural therapies have a great deal to offer the world, and they have great potential to help people overcome trauma and addiction. People have to keep in mind too though that LOVE has that potential too, and too often it's missing from people's lives and the void that leaves is filled with the stuff that causes trauma and can lead to addictions. Good luck to you James on your journey my friend. As a Tibetan monk once told me, "Laugh as the wheel turns."

As someone who worked in Natural Medicine 30 years ago I became aware of DMT by reading the books of Anthony Peake who using science argues that we are a in a simulation and that we keep living the same life over and over again with the goal of going from Alpha to the Omega State. You can look his vids up on here its very interesting. Through Anthony's work I read the books of Jeremy Narby The Cosmic Serpent and DMT The Spirit Molecule by Dr Ric Strassman whose book is about injecting people with DMT which is what you are ingesting using Ayahuasca. In Narby's book, he worked with an Amazonian shaman who told him that the jungle talks to them this is how they discovered the correct vine to use in the Ayahuasca brew. What's being discovered is the pineal gland in rats created and releases DMT and the presumption is this happens to the human brain to. Its fascinating stuff when on the DMT your DNA is talking to you and in Gnosticism, they tell the story of our the Watchers came to earth Aeons ago and hid in our DNA. The medicine heals and it should be freely available to all the problem is Western medicine is controlled by big pHARMA and they have brainwashed doctors into a fabricated scientific model called the germ theory. Here is a link to Anthony Peake: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nUPxd97DsJ0.html John Lamb Lash ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gUtztdx3I4o.html

What happens when we die?
@ao2761
@ao2761 3 года назад
@@shannondeck6031 you lose the human identity that you created for yourself since birth and become god again aka nothing. Then you might decide you wanna go back to the world of form again and take on the journey of forgetting your god to experience being someone else and this process is happening simultaneously through everyone and it’s a process that never ends and that’s where the idea of oneness comes from. We’re all god/it

@ao2761
@ao2761 3 года назад
@@shannondeck6031we’d still exist but not like this. In the world without form where we essentially go when we die, there isn’t any individuality over there. Everything is just GOD/IT. just imagine closing your eyes and losing all sensory data and memory of the world. That’s how it is over there, and everything else including the world of ‘form’ is something this being is dreaming up. So nothing would happen to you if our species went extinct. You might lose your human identity but you were still conscious before your parents gave you your name. It’s just an identity after all. We all created it in the first place anyway. All it is, is a survival mechanism that allows us to survive here. You wouldn’t need it when you die and pass on And I think there’s an infinite amount of worlds to choose from but I dunno how things play out because it’s not like we’re gunna be existing the way we’re existing now to choose who we want to be and where we want to go. It’ll just be god picking for itself how it’s gunna go and like how we exist now is how it’s gunna be over there. We’ll be born once again clueless of everything trying to find out who/what we are and why we’re there
@shannondeck6031
@shannondeck6031 3 года назад
@@ao2761 thanks so much for your reply, it's sort of sad to think our identity as we know it doesn't live on, it's just an avatar that the universe creates.. because we as individuals feel that we are this individual character and if we revert back into the nothingness energy essentially we are dying. It's a scary thought. Thank you, your explanation makes more sense than the psychic mediums and NDEs I have read about. The knowledge you have is the reason why I wanted to try DMT for myself.. May I ask, are you scared of death?

I had to choke back the years a few times watching this. Particularly at the end with the testimonials. I watch a lot of your stuff James so I was really pleased to see you do a documentary on ayahuasca. Ive been aware of it for a few years, from Graham Hancock to Joe Rogan, its so highly thought of. But no one has done something like this, which was a god-send for me. Ive been convinced for the last year or so that I need to do this experience, but I didnt know Rythmia existed until your doc. I have a better understanding and its GREAT to see someone with a suitable dose of scepticism experience this and talk about it. Ive had some problems in my life; to some theyd be nothing but to me theyve been life changing. Ive had physical and mental health issues which collided - ive dine everything the Drs have asked and Ive always felt there was something missing. So I want to go to Rythmia and go through this process. Im not pinning my hopes on it being a fix-all, maybe it would have little/no effect, and if so it would (i hope!) prove to me once and for all that the best help comes from within. But, but..! If it did have a healing effect, then Im all for it! Im used to hurting, inside and out, I think I would throw myself into this fully, even if like our friend in the video I s**t myself (even though he says he didnt!) whatever, its all part of the process! Thanks for this James, a brilliant documentary in among many gems from you, this one shines the most. I hope youre still feeling the benefits - seems to me that you are! 👍👍👍

But just for the sake of clarification, Jerry’s first plant medicine experience was not with ayahuasca. It was with the African plant Iboga, Which gives you a pretty rough trip from what I have read. D Ridz beating Barca TWICE with a full strength squad out is embarrassing? Beating Man U at home and drawing with them away is embarrassing? Drawing with city both legs is embarrassing? Beating AC Milan when they had kaka etc is embarrassing? Knocking Liverpool and Blackburn out of Europe is embarrassing? Nb ya rocket 😂😂 back to yer bed wee sacks

D Ridz red limps got beat 3-1 on agg wee sacks, juve result must have been u playing on fifa along with one ur Barca results either that or yer smokin meth 😂😂 and nah Man City had a full squad as it was the champions league n that ye know? now what team do u support?? 😂😂
@dylan6679
@dylan6679 4 года назад
D Ridz juve result was over 2 legs fanny 😂 and getting beat off Barca n psg is nothing to be embarrassed about they have beat the majority of “big” clubs by massive score lines..... but cmon why did ye ignore me asking what team u support?? Is it that bad that u can’t admit yer team 😂😂

Really disappointed in this... James didn't seem to want to be there, didn't take it seriously, and was more interested in taking the Mick out of others (e.g. the guy that pooed himself, how old are you James?) James didn't really seem to want to share much of his own insights, which is pretty strange after going all that way.... Some people would kill for that experience. Poor all round then.

There should be Ayahuasca centres in the Uk, I’d love to see forces veterans being allowed and facilitated so they can face their demons and traumas, we are losing too many men and women from our armed forces. Too many of the big forces charities such as H4Hs and British Legion not doing anything, an absolute scandal, this experience could release so many

Thank you mate for sharing your experience. I just returned from Rythmia. Aya truly helped save my life. This was the hardest f’ing work I’d ever done. That week, i had both the hardest and most beautiful/peaceful days of my life. So many moments of insight - overwhelming at times. Since then, my mindset has subtle shifts with phenomenal impact; so much more ease in my daily life. Super clear that 50% of my healing happened when in Ceremony with Aya, and more importantly, 50% is taking place as I integrate the wisdom of this other-worldly intelligent medicine. Peace and ease to all 🙏
