Never heard of him before - this song was released while I was living in Europe for a while. Am just reading his book "I am the Voice Left from Rehab," which is why I ended up here. He had talent, that's for sure, like many '80's Aussie music icons.
Did you read his first book ?? "I am the voice left from drinking," In the 80s, growing up at Bondi Beach. I loved James Freud with his black hair and that bit of green in his hair.. I never knew James was great mates with Michael Hutchence.. Only knew from reading his books.. James seems like everyone really loved him, and his humour a down to earth guy... Alcohol is such a shocking disease.. I feel like today, people always talk about drugs but not Alcohol.. "One is to many, and two, many isn't enough" Alcoholics are extremely horrendously sick people. It's like having cancer. God bless every Alcoholic. Please do what Bill did. R.I.P James & Michael. Miss you both, but James was my teenage spunk, hahaha. Australian music was awesome 🇦🇺

Sorry meant say that I had my first proper kiss with girl during this song as a 15 year old at a school dance (when they had such such things) in about 1980. Ha ha senior moment........ Still so sad this talented bloke left us too soon.
