My love next to music is airplanes. Most of the time you fly smoothly for passenger comfort and safety. Test pilots take it to the limit to see what it will do. Aerobatic pilots fly it like they stole it for the crowd and are appreciated most by other pilots. My point is there’s more than one way of doing things. I appreciate these guys.

Where did this guy's get this Super advanced harmony? Is it only found on This genre of Gospel or is it also out there played by some jazz pianist and fusion with Gospel Urban? Anybody ? I'm just trying to understand this beauty of music and need to know who to listen.
I met him personally some years back when he did a workshop at my church and he's an AMAZING PERSON and no that's his personal style he gotta have his shades lolol for EVERYTHING lololol
This is ok for this setting. Just musicians sitting around. Now in church you will lose most of the congregation especially those that are familiar with the original. I'm not a musician at all yet I have hearing. You can re-harmonize any song. But remember you are playing for your audience just know what audience would enjoy this. I was at a funeral and this young guy was gifted but he tried to present some re-harmonized songs and it didn't go well at all. Know your audience.
Miss hall happens to be somewhere that "Peters" and "Cheeks" are at? Lol.. can't be an accident. Hope they threw away those glasses afterwards and burned down the club for health reasons.
I couldn't hear the melody notes.maybe because I'm Caucasian and I can't follow. What is the purpose for playing this style is it to throw off other musician who have nailed down this song. Great musician. Just couldn't enjoy the singer because of the accompanying.
You have to be from the culture of black gospel & jazz to fully appreciate this. If you don't "get it", you just won't get it. Seriously. Trust me this was beautiful.
