Interesting statistic : James Harden is ranked 17th ALL-TIME in True shooting percentage. A statistic measuring the efficiency of 2’s, 3’s and Free throws combined He is ranked higher than MJ, Lebron, Steve Nash, Kawhi and John Stockton. Clearly one of the greatest scorers in nba history with multiple seasons avging 10+ assists He deserves respect!
Harden has the cleanest shot selection of any player I've seen. Most of his shots are pullup or stepback 3s and drives to the rim. No hard long 2s . He's also a master of earning and draining freethrows
@@panosts6178 you are a certified🍆🚴🏽♂️you OBVIOUSLY watch NO NBA to say harden has the best shot selection. Why are dumb ppl like you born into this world🤦🏽♂️
People forget that this man was once considered, for quite some time as the greatest player in the nba. He did things that no other player ever has! He is one of the greatest players of all time!
He was considered the best player in the NBA when he could average 30 points a game in a season now he’s just improved his passing his points have fallen off, and his efficiency is worse he’s not washed, but he’s far from who he was that 32 game stretch of 30+ points points will always be the pinnacle of his scoring career.
Yeah Kobe Bryant Never averaged 30 points a game. Or Shaquille o'neal. Or Tracy mcgrady. Or Allen iverson. Or Kevin Durant or Russell Westbrook or really anybody right now for the last 5 years. Oh wait.....they have. While James Harden is a really good player he definitely has been doing things people have done before him.
@@billdover3165 you’re an idiot, harden was avg 30ppg while also getting about 8+apg, 8+rpg while being efficient. He was also the first person and until a couple days ago the only one to put up a 60pt triple double
Never was he ever considered the greatest player in the NBA maybe the best on his MVP season and the first year Curry won it he harden should’ve gotten it James is definitely one of the NBA players though.
Thank you so much I appreciate that! && yeah i see alot of youtubers making hateful videos over players & I’ll never do that. Harden is a special player & even tho he has his flaws he can still effect the game greatly!
@@OliverBarge13in the world the title of a “choker” doesn’t die out even though harden has been averaging 30ppg on good efficiency in the playoffs ever since he was traded to the rockets. Everyone painted harden as a villain and an exploiter when he’s always been a great guy and an innovator for the game, they say all this when they don’t know hardens story, the only reason why this disrespect continues on is because harden doesn’t care about the media and beef it’s kinda unlucky that he is hated but after his careers done I expect people to finally respecting him
IQ unmatched? Lmao. Jordan, Bird, Magic and Stockton. Each player I just mentioned has a higher IQ and better passing than James Harden has ever had or will ever have. My best guess is that you're like 14 or 15 so you don't actually know anything about the previous players of the last 40-50 years.
@@chalnervassor9430 yeah that is are you belief false. How many rings has he won during the entire decade from 2010 to 2020? How many playoff wins has he had? How many playoff losses has he had? You know who's really been the best player of the 2010's? And as much as I hate saying it it's LeBron james. You can even say Steph curry. If you truly believe that James Harden is the best player of the 2010s than you are delusional.
Harden may not be the same player as he was in Houston but everyone always makes it seem like he is washed up now. He is still a really really good player. Averaging over 20 a game and double digit assists is not washed up. Great video man 👍🏻
Exactly, he is still very good! He’s just not as “exciting” as he used to be. Still producing greatly for his team forsure! Thanks for your support, I definitely appreciate it!
Sixers fan here, Harden has been a delight this year. I was not phased by last season, he wasn’t healthy and it was clear. Also, having a full offseason with a team makes a huge difference chemistry-wise and figuring out what works. Harden has been a master of the game this year, and he and Embiid got it figured out. Maybe add a piece or 2 at the deadline and the Sixers could win it all.
first video I’ve seen from you, great work. Easy watch and easy listen. Music not too loud and editing smooth. and you adding your own personality and flavour to the commentary, keep it going💪
Thank you so much I appreciate it! I made a video about Lauri about a month or so ago if you want to check it out! I think he’s a great off ball scorer who thrives greatly.. Once he gets going you can then put the ball in his hands & he’s great at either taking it to the basket after a strong couple dribbles or getting right into his shot. Very special talent
As much as i impressed with his scoring ability i am more impressed with his passing skill.. He actually sacrifice a lot when nobody even noticed being a former franchise player and great offensive player to become a just a playmaker while still averaging 22, when you are a former mvp and one of the great offensive player in the history, it must be hard for you to go down as a second or third option it doesn't even make sense a guy like that not the First option, this is something the sixers organization and the fans should appreciate..
Exactlyyyy, he has sacrificed so much for this team and people still say he’s “Done” … it’s honestly crazy how well he plays and how much people take him for granted!
TNT singlehandedly created a narrative around Harden and the masses ran with it. Shaq and crew had personal issues with James and they use the show to down him and others that wasn't Steph and LBJ. It was so bad that Harden lead the league in scoring and struggled to get votes for the Allstars game. Harden went 5 years straight being 1 or 2 in the MVP race. And if you look at the numbers they created narratives every year to justify giving it to the other person. Harden had a better year then Steph but they said Steph team won more games. Harden had the better team against Russ but had the tripple doubles.
Yoooo, thanks for letting me know my g! I was typing to fast when i was getting it ready to upload this morning. But yeah harden is a an elite talent fashooooo 💪💯
Rockets fan here. Harden Rockets era, part of their training exercise is playing football. This explains the crazy QB passes cause Rockets was a run and gun team doing football routes for fast breaks. They play different sports as training and adapt those traits of other sports into basketball. He is a genius. They even did boxing too.
We have a damn plan that's hopefully gonna get us a spot in the playoffs or the finals. Thats what were shooting for for sure. I still wish I was Houston Harden tho.
I guess people mistake harden, think he will be the all time superstar like Kobe or Magic, or even have a heart of MJ in clutch time or flashy shooting like Curry or explosive body contact like Lebron..., and ignore other great things he accomplished.
Exactly, people just have super high expectations and if the player doesn’t reach that they think they are “playing bad”.. Harden is a special talent forsure. Harden, Maxey, Embiid are a realllyyyy solid trio
@@HOOPMASTERY they all want him to be like houston harden dropping 30+ a night but don’t realize that he’s contributing so many more points than that now just by dishing out assists and yeah bro as a philly fan this trio had me excited since last year bro they looked good even whenever they first started getting used to each other now they seem comfortable so who knows how far they can get
U had me the whole video until u said in the playoffs he needs to get up to 25 ppg. Cant forget about maxey on the roster, dudes gonna be a 20-22 ppg guy in the regular season and you can book this because hes the one that is going to jump to 25+ per game hes that dude
If we have harden around 20-22 during playoffs were good joel and maxey will carry the load only thing stopping sixers from winning a chip is a joel injury(everyone remembers the mask but forgets he had torn ligaments in his shooting hand). Sixers need point guard harden not scoring harden
I agree, that Maxey is that guy and he is a special talent forsure! I think Joel and Maxey can carry a great load offensively together but when we are talking about winning an eastern conference finals, i feel they will need 3 players with at least 24-25 points per game ( unless someone goes off for 35+ or something )
76ers haven't had a "True" PG for yeeears. Wanted Iverson to have that role after the 01' Finals, and I thought his career woulda been even better honestly. Harden (and Embiid) just need to stay healthy 💯
If it doesn't require athleticism then you can 100% guarantee that Harden is going to try it. He's like one of those gamers who exploit glitches/hacks.
I’ll be a fan once he does this in the playoffs real champions turn it up a notch when the lights are brightest hardens always been a fantastic regular season players infects he’s an all time great regular season player BUT now I wanna see him win a chip or two and take his spot as a top 25 greatest player
Ehhhh , i think its a 30% chance he goes to houston if the 76er’s go deep in the playoffs, but if they lose before the ECF then i think he’s leaving forsure! What do you think bro?
Thats fine that you think that. It doesn’t hurt my feelings at all bruh , just don’t watch the video. Its easy to click off but instead you wasted your time commenting some hate lmao have a great day ! ☀️
@@HOOPMASTERYwhere was the hate? Lol. it wasn't supposed to hurt your feelings to begin with pimp I just made an observation. Whether it triggered you or not is on you. You've got good content, and I'd like to say you sound like you can speak well enough that you don't have to copy the same ole same ole RU-vidr monotone narrator style. That's all... Lmao
Exactly, the main stream media is ridiculous. Harden is playing good but they wont cover it but instead they covered him for being “ out of shape & fat” its crazyyyy
James was NEVER the best in the league, unless, we're talking Bron. But yes, he was considered 1 of, if not THE best offensive playerin l in the league tho. #respect
