it's because sliders for CPU are at 52 whereas User sliders are at 48. That is why I play on All Star, the sliders are the same for both the CPU and the User
HOF be tripping but good players can overcome that by using the weaknesses in the A.I. to their advantage. Look at Smoove, he plays on HOF all the time and he wins. It's the same game just two people playing it very differently. Cash doesn't look at the nuances in the game like Smoove. But Cash should stay on HOF, he's at his best when the game is kicking his ass a little. On Pro he's just gone to run through the competition. 2K does need to improve this game a bit. They need to give the player more control over the game. Let the player decide how his team will match up with the other team. Let them determine the offense and defense. And even if the game is on HOF no player should play above their stats. They do that and it will be more fair. The way they do it now a whole team gets better across the board on HOF while your team gets worse and you can't make any adjustments. 2k is very lucky NBA Live can't get their act together.

All star is the most realistic difficulty in my opinion, you feel like you’re playing with NBA players against NBA players not carrying a bunch of rookies against a team of superstars like HOF. Having to score 50pts a game just to win is not fun at all to me as an actual basketball fan, but that’s just me 🤷🏾♂️
