Fun fact: the fan that JH slammed said he was a raging alcoholic. He said from that moment he stopped drinking and turned his life around. James Harrison saves lives! Oh, he belongs in the Hall of Fame as well. First UDFA to win DPOY, he delivered SB 43, has two rings, appeared in 4 SB’s. It’s not just a numbers thing. If it was, Hines Ward is in, not Michael Irvin.

The bummer about the fan slam, is the TV cut away from the good parts on the ground. A few years before that incident, the NFL decided it would be a policy that, when fans run on the field, to not show it. It was to discourage it.

James deserves to be in the hall of fame he beat the odds from being cut multiple times n playing in Europe , to winning a starting spot being one of the most important players on 2 super bowl teams and having the best defensive play in Superbowl history and he held the sack record for one of the most historic NFL franchise's of all time .

Agree !00 Cam!! Debo needs to be in the Hall. That Busk would bring fear to all that enter. That play in the Super Bowl was the epitome of his career and all football players. He didnt quit and fought for every blade of grass. NFL lets some others in with some deflating issues and not a man who put everything out there in the rules of the game would be a crime.

Statistically, James Harrison has one of the most impressive careers of any linebacker ever from age 28 onward. If he would have been a starter from age 22 to age 28 like most other great linebackers, he'd EASILY have Hall Of Fame numbers. It's up to the Hall Of Fame how much they want to punish his late start. But one thing is clear. For about a 5 year period, James Harrison was the scariest son of a b*tch in the NFL.

Wow...I was literally having a conversation with some guys this past Monday about who we thought were the hardest hitting players in the NFL and a lot of names came up, but my guy was James Harrison easily. James changed the game. James Harrison could have played in the 70's before the league started becoming soft. I love the chip that James Harrison played with and his on the field attitude reminded me of Greg Lloyd who was also simple NASTY. JH's full "Fathead" poster will always be proudly displayed in my man cave along with full versions of Hines Ward, Fast Willie Parker, & Troy Polamalu. I would love to add Cam Heyward & Jaylen Warren because Cam has done it the right way for several years and Jaylen Warren plays fearlessly and, like James Harrison, went undrafted.

Lynn Swann only played for 6 Years or 7 but he didn't have all the numbers. James Harrison YOU belong in the HALL OF FAME!!! Cam what did the league think was going to happen when they started letting guys weighing only 165 lbs. And getting hit by a 260 lbs.... Deebo ABSOLUTELY belongs in the HoF (as does Hines). The problem is that the HoF Committee believes that there are “Too many Steelers in the HoF”. There are players from the 70s teams that still haven’t gotten in -guys that were part of The Steel Curtain. It’s a shame that so many have been passed over just because they wore the Black and Gold. The MAIN criteria should be “Did he Impact The Game?” If the answer is “Yes”, he should get in. The Immaculate Interception alone should get Deebo in…
