Simple training, no hype, no arch, no equipment, not even wrist wraps. Henderson was crazy

His talk is more informative, natural and useful than most of so called (fitness youtubers) out there. Many thanks for uploading this video 👍🏼

For real though. Wish we had more personalities like him and Ct fletcher. These youtubers just sound like fu*king nerds these days. Talking about “RPE” and “studies”. Its so lame.

*Current Lifters* I must adhere to my coaches strict Set-Rep schemes in between my perfectly timed rest periods to see progress. *James Henderson* Yeah see now I got 405 on the bar I'm feeling it for three. Maybe three four five. Actually throw a quarter on each side I'm going for 500 close grip.

Right and now there’s lifters who absolutely obliterate everything he’s ever done because they used actual programming. Elite genetics will allow you to succeed in spite of sub optimal training. People have this weird hatred for using progressive overload and a smarter approach to lifting and talking about “the old days” but now everyone is light years better because of it, guys are bigger, stronger, and faster than ever and somehow that’s bad?

What PEDs might he took??
@TurnTheStoveOnBlaze
@TurnTheStoveOnBlaze 10 месяцев назад
I don't think he was on PED's. He was around 390-400lbs during the video. 600lbs is only 1.5 times his bodyweight.

He was the first man to bench press 700lbs RAW and drug tested. It's still a world record on those terms.
