We need a good big, and we need a point guard. At least get that. Booker as a pg just ain't working. Nurkic doesn't rebound! And Eubanks has no range, he's an offensive liability!

That was the perfect explanation of the PG situation. People keep saying get a PG, but who fits? I for one would bring back CP to back up Book, because his deal should be up. I’d also look to hire someone like Alvin Gentry as an assistant to implement an offensive system.

Even if they got CP he’s going to be 39 very soon. Known to be injured by playoffs. So he’d be a good veteran in the locker room, but in a year is he going to coach Beal or Book to do what he’s best at? Or the only guard they can afford. It’ll take more than a PG like Jones said. But those guys aren’t taking discounts or looking at Phoenix as a destination with a coaching staff that’s similar to Net’s when they had Nash. They’re a mess

@@ShawnMott I agree. CP3 on a vet minimum isn’t unrealistic. He averaged 6 assists and 29 minutes for GSW. He could start and help people get to their ideal spots easier

Unlikely. I expect minor roster adjustments. Some role player trades or signings. Maybe Vogel will be gone, but I don't think so. There is a better chance at a ring now over the next few years with this core compared to blowing it all up and starting over.

@@jjhbballhow? I know the suns can only control their situation and team but if you look around the league other teams are getting better and they are younger. The suns can only do so much with retooling and in my opinion with little if any future assets, they should trade kd or book.

I basically rest my assumptions on nonlinear returns (that outpace the returns on youth gaining experience) to a full year of team experience, getting to have summer camp with your team, and having a laundry list of items to work on that you just don't have time to address during the season, all advantages every other team had over us. And then getting another (playable) big, maybe a ball handler. Big doors move on small hinges. And getting our "big" 3 to work well might just be a role player or two away. I'm open to trading KD and even Book, but I have yet to hear a trade suggestion that another team would take that makes us better contenders. Its a tough situation, but sometimes you just have to stick it out before you know for sure that you are on the wrong road.@@gibby-4532

Never thought I'd say this but we should get Dwight Howard or DeMarcus Cousins big strong true centers that could destroy their opponents. Aside from his age Dwight has always been dominant in the paint. Even though he has been injury prone at time's he's consistent with his game. Demarcus (Boogie) Cousins always has the intensity to score every chance he gets. As far as PG concerns we'd need a "true" pg a pass first pg. Also someone that can play defense and not be a liability. Pat Bev would be ideal, he's a pest on defense. Kemba Walker can run a good offense, maybe bring back CP3 depending on his contact with GSW. Reggie Jackson from the Nuggets could be a good fit with a championship under his belt.

I love my team, I love my guys, and I always support no matter what, butttttttt the video game bs is BS, no need to spend time and energy wasted sitting on your ass killing ppl with weapons online in a digital setting. Waste of brain space, time, and it steals valuable kidney qi that could translate to fresher legs in a long game or back to backs... as ridic as it all sounds its absolute fact. Less time online killing and more on court killing. Suns had phenom years with Nash at the point, but we haven't gotten the benefit of the whistle and the dominance and respect since the Barkley years... we need that same heart and passion back... truly hope we win a ship one day soon. The longer the league is signed into lockstep agreement with the rockefeller corp the more winning anything means less and less...
