+Marlon Areas just go search up speedcore, it's not dancable really, you'll be more interested in hardcore or terror if you like to dance. speedcore is juuust out of dancable range tbh
Yeah. The Triceraquin theme, the Spartan battle music, the woolie revolt music, basically al of the rave music, the animal fighter guy theme from the chicken Jack episode, and so many more, all so good and yet unreleased
This is not Hardcore. This is a combination of Acid Techno,Acid House,Acid Trance and Industrial music. This is Hardcore. Black Knight - Back To Tha O School
A lot of ravers take drugs like MDMA and speed, where side effects include bruxism a.k.a teeth grinding/jaw clenching. Pacifiers give them something soft to chew on, thus protecting their gums and teeth. Although these days it seems ravers prefer chewing gum or laffy taffy.
Gotta say that listening to this now, years after, baffled me. I remembered that it was a good music, but came in to listen with a "ah, it must've been a generic 'boots cats' soundtrack" mindset, but now i'm banging my head hard. The fact that this music legit could play in a Rave and everyone would love it shows how Samurai Jack was well crafted.
I'm watching samurai Jack for the first time but I've essentially spoilled the plot and everything for myself so I know most of what's coming. I had seen a video with the rave and rave music before, but I just watched the full episode about an hour ago and I was jamming since the electronic music started. I'm mainly a metal guy but I also love some rap and some electronic music like this
I love how the theme of this episode is that the old fashioned parents were kind of right and Aku was using the devil's music to brainwash the kids. It's like a simultaneous joke at the expense of over protective parents while making the whole rave seem very cool while also sending a wholesome message about family.
I hate the idea of even entertaining the concept, of pearl clutching, religious nutjobs being right about any music they don't like being "devil music" even in a fictional context or any context for that matter.
I got an itch to rewatch samurai jack and I came across this. I had never really paid attention to the music during "Jack and the Rave", but once I did I realized I had never heard anything like it and I itched to find the full version. This is desire, escape, control, and a bunch of other pounding emotions manifested into song. Long live acid
of course its better... becouse an actual musician aka producer made it that makes real music like live music and soundtracks... :D Imagine for example if one great jazz musician would make an acid techno track, it would be as good as that one, maybe even better :D the thing is just that he certanly wont make one, since he has real music to listen to and better things to do with his music in his life...and than there are exceptions like this when a musician like that receives a request from a director of tv series that he must now make one techno track becouse of this episode.. and than gold shit like that comes out :D i hope u understood what I tried to say, no hard feelings
This episode single handedly turned me into the raver I am today. I remember when I was 5 years old doing the karate chops tryna mimic the dance Jack did 🤣
Not as good but still really good if your willing to give it a listen is the soundtrack the the anime Sirius the Jaeger, anime is meh but soundtrack is fire. imagine steampunk neo vampire club/ rave music
this is too good. I was obsessed with this episode when i was a kid. No wonder I love techno music so much ahaha, now when I work out this is my favorite song to come to!!
did u watch Season 5? that was the last season that they came out 5 yrs ago it was crazy i watched it as they streamed it on Adult Swim online every thursday when the episodes came out it was so dark and amazing ! u gon love it 10/10!!
you know whenever aku appears there's a low droning that sounds like a low pitched "wawawawawawawwawawa" (accompanied by drum clashes and the brass bell)
+Nolan Leahy Let's hope they won't ruin our childhood xD You know how modern approaches can screw up.. I hope they will keep the same style and heart to it. We'll see
I'm disappointed in the sequel where they had a rave scene too. It just sounded like electro-pop you'd hear on the radio. This sounds like a hardcore 90s rave. It pays serious respect to the rave scene.
I didn’t even notice until now that the pulse/rhythm of the DJ’s gold tooth beam syncs up with the rhythm of the music. God DAMMIT, this show is a work of art! Easily one of the best animated shows of our time! Thanks for posting! This episode and it’s accompanying beats are SICK!
Jello Cinnaminon I will agree that there is some good new stuff. Like The Regular Show was great and Gumball wasnt bad. But most of the new cartoons are pretty bad. They dont put any heart into them, and just make it "LoL so RanDoM" as much as they can.
I think the cartoons on Disney jr are better than what is on Cartoon Network now days and since they have gotten ride of Pokémon I barely watch there cartoons unless something like Steven universe or some of the cooler ones like that come on and adult swim is doing a great job with its animation I prob won't be watching cartoon network again till the new total drama season that was announced recently
Jello Cinnaminon most of the time it’s because those people are tired of designer imposters who recycle the originals and call it something new......🤨🤨🤨 “That’s all”
Rave was a thing before this episode. Just relatively underground. What we lsiten to today is much different, believe it or not, this track is much simpler than todays hits.
Not only Techno. This is a combinaton of Acid Techno,Acid House,Acid Trance and Industrial music. And Hardstyle does use Techno influences. I am talking about the the older Hardstyle.
No kidding. Not gonna lie. If Aku were to throw a gig like this every weekend, I'd let him rule the world. Better than the corporate deadbeats we have now.
Rave music is only like 10 steps of intricacy away from pure psychedelic trance (infected mushroom's genre). This rave track is probably one of the better ones too.
it's ironic that about the only thing that changed about raves is the music, the rest is about as it was depicted in this episode, but more acid and extacy
As a kid this made me always think raves were held in forests around our town, and at night hearing music from passing cars I thought there are teens in the forest just partying like this every night lol.
