Hi Bobby. Our tastes are usually very much aligned but sadly not In this case. I enjoyed the James May Parsnip gin very much, but have 3/4 of a bottle left of the mustard gin and don’t think I’ll be able to finish it. I’ve drank many gins over the years and this is only the 2nd bottle that I’ve struggled to finish. Even a regular G&T with this has a weird aftertaste. I’ve been dumping the angostura bitters into it which somewhat helps with the aftertaste. I hate wasting gin and rue the day I ever bought this. Hope to see you back soon.

Damn it, i loved Asian Parsnip. I was hoping this would be awful so I didn't have to spend another £40. But I will.

I was expecting a novelty gin and a reaction a lot like the mushroom gin. Now I’m intrigued. Sadly I don’t think it’s available here. I don’t know if you can get any of the St. George gins, but I’d love to see your thoughts on the Terroir gin especially. It’s my absolute favorite and pretty unique, with lots of pine and fir botanicals.

He had to call it "American Ramstud" here in the States. Be curious if it'll work in a gin-based Bloody Mary and looking forward to see how it works for lamb marinades.

i'm british living in the u.s. so, american mustard- yes, it's calls itself mustard, but come on. it's definitily a condiment but as american cheese is nice but not really cheese, it's cheese flavoured- their cheddar is not cheddar, new york cheddar, winsonsin cheddar, nice cheese but not cheddar cheese. american mustard- american barely mustard flavoured condiment. there was a wild mustard growing on hedges near the coast in cornwall- i wish i had harvested some seed and made 'wild cornish hedge mustard' mustard.
