This may, perhaps, be an odd compliment but: James makes me so much less afraid of getting older.

I don’t know why I’m addicted to watching this and my wife calls me an old man but I find them super relaxing to watch and rather addictive. Keep them coming please.

“Of course you’ve never had spam, you’re young.” How dare you sir, 24 years decrepit and I used to eat spam with a fork as a packed lunch when I was feeling particularly rebellious. As for de-tinning your spam, poke a hole in the bottom and squeeze the side. Releases the vacuum and bingo you have spam exactly where you want it... assuming you want it in a beautiful brick shape on you worktop.

I'm only 31 and I was raised on these types of meals! They're genuinely amazing. My wife doesn't like it, but my son does. So ever week him and I have a big plate is either tinned ham and beans or Spam and beans. Lol

I love how he uses specific measurements in everyday speech. He might be overly pedantic but in the most lovable way.

Lovely. Here in the predominantly pork-free supermarkets (Malaysia is mostly Muslim) where Spam is hard to come by, we make do with a variation of Chinese or Vietnamese imported canned luncheon meat with local brands of baked beans. There are also some small Korean provision stores which bring in something similar to SPAM and that could be an option as well. Great segment as usual and I have to concur with some of the chaps below that yes, May tricks Racheal into making his lunch (again). Looking forward to the next one then.

Rachael is easy on the eyes, feminine, sweet and funny! And the toast is PERFECT!

Haven't had spam for donkeys years but I really fancy this today.

This looks genuinely nice. I tend to fry my Spam then smear the beans on top, but I like the idea. I'm going to try it.
