just to clear things up, James was asked by the people involved with Hunger Games to be Tigris, a woman from the capitol who has crossed the line in terms of modification and individuality to the point where the Capitol will not let her be viewed by the public.

If I had only seen the photos of James St James and not this video I would still undoubtedly know Mathu painted him. You can tell the wig and way she's painted is very distinctive and very signature.

They're actually Wigs by Vanity styled by Mathu. The best make-up looks Ru has ever had were Mathu's creations. He's very much responsible for the Ru look that most people know and love. Ru couldn't do her own make-up if her life depended on it.

THIS GUY! Mathu! I found him on accident on Instagram and fell in complete love with his work. He always seemed (rather, I imagined him to be) a stern, sort of somber starving artist type of person but he seems so quirky and jovial -- I love that he threw me off guard. What a genius.
