Positive thoughts and vibes to your whole family. He’s such a valued part of the program and truly embodies the best of UW. I’m praying for a smooth and quick rehab but if not, know Badgers fans love and appreciate all of the effort and hard work James has put in here. Once a Badger, forever a Badger.
This is hardest part of being a football (and Milwaukee bucks fan), injuries are unavoidable. I’m hoping for a strong and speedy recovery! Time for the depth to shine through
For O and D line practice is always physical. The thud and wrap up stuff only changes the practice for skill players who no longer are tackling. Defensive and offensive line are still full speed whenever shoulder pads are on and are still damn near full speed with spider pads on.
Man, hope he can heal up and recover well. Most concerned for him and his family. And good thing you didn't play the most annoying alarm sound in the world at the beginning of the show . . . no, wait . . . you did . . .
The Badgers will overcome this adversity and adjust. Every team has injuries, it’s part of the sport. That said, this speaks to why the best teams have huge depth at key positions
Oh Ryan! So high then so low. I disagree that this is not on the coaches: not the injury itself but the situation on the DL which makes that injury bad bad news. They have gorged on transfers but, so far, that has not appeared to change the situation on the lines where it counts most. Coaching priorities and team evaluations matter.
Ceiling is 7 wins, floor is 5 imo. D-Line gonna get pushed around and exhausted all year. Wisconsin can’t expect to compete with the big boys until they start recruiting D-Line at a high level. NIL comes into play there
thats not impossible. I think thats the floor and I don't think TVD needs to be amazing to win 6 or 7 games. but if the QB is bad this year, 5 wins could certainly happen.
I give you credit for being a Nebraska fan. That hasn't been easy! Way to persevere through disappointing season after disappointing season. Purdue and Indiana fans can probably relate if you need a listening ear.
@@thuzezaYou are right. The Huskers used to be good. When was their last winning record? In all seriousness, though, why do you think they have been so bad? No hate, just wondering what happened. Best of luck to your team! It has to eventually turn around, right? The Nebraska fans I met at Camp Randall last year were very nice. Felt bad for them.
@@thuzezawe have one in 1942 and just like your program we have historic success and are trying to get back on track. Right now I'd say badgers 7-5 huskers 7-5
