I used to do that as well but I like the less sweet ginger beer AND....I don't keep ginger ale stocked anymore 😂

This is most definitely an Irish Mule. If you order a Jameson and ginger that would be ginger ale. This is ginger beer that is used in the video. Completely different beverages.

Try putting blended ginger in a stock or jameson bottle and leave it in the fridge for a day. It's great
