His first joke about the African dude is taken from Richard pryor. Africa is the second biggest continent in the world, yet many people refer it as if it is a country.
This shit is one of my top5 specials lol. Keep in mind this about 15-20 years old, when there wasnt no cancel culture and people knew how to take a joke. His piano freestyle sesh at the end was poppin too! Lol
JOB NYONDO Slavery happened, it wasn't a trade though. Black Americans weren't taken from Africa. Not every Black person was enslaved. The ones that were enslaved were captured in America. Americans are not Africans
Yudah EI, Maybe you are right, when does one become a slave? is it after being sold, or when on the slavery duties? My history tells me that the buying and selling of slaves happened in Africa (slave trade). We had black people in Africa that sold others into slavery, they even helped the white men capture their fellow Africans
On a serious note, why do people feel so free to openly lie about Africa? Africa is so diverse and rich I think they just can't take it all in so they prefer a simpler way to describe it.
It's kind of amazing how he mixes more than just comedy into his routine. He keeps an atmosphere with sounds and visuals and brings it into his jokes. This is real entertainment.
It is like borat telling you about Kazakhstan! You can laugh but most of it, is not true. Most people in Africa have never seen elephant in their life.
Sam A I stayed in Africa most my life never saw an actual cow nor elephant, pigs I did see but it was people with personal farms. Lived in the city and honestly had a better life than what I’m having in Ohio
It was best if you're not African, now i just hate the guy, he benefited at our expense, we are still trying to undo the the filthy mental image that he painted on people's heads about Africa.
I'll be honest, when I first saw this back in the day on bootleg mind you it was hilarious but when I watch it now it didn't even make me laugh. Now I did just watch the pimp chronicles pt 1 and had to pause the video I was laughing so hard.
whole lotta different accents even within each of the ~ 55 countries. 2,000+ languages spoken. But people are used to either the "general" Nigerian or South African accents
I’m from Africa but this video made me laugh too damn hard 🤣 don’t know why some people are so upset we know it’s only jokes, real africans know what our motherland looks like. But not gonna lie 50% of these jokes are true the tight ass dance he was talking about is called kuduro from my home country Angola
He just branded Africa an aids continent.. we need to relate with other continents but it doesn't help if some lunatic goes around the world making money while shitting on our image. Even the dance and song he did felt more condescending than entertaining.. If he wanted the American experience he should have stayed in America!
maybe he did not make it clear but, according to the majority of negative comments I can see that most of the african people commenting live in the cities. What jamie is saying is mostly true if any of you ever went to the rural parts of africa you would experience this.
@@kibindankoi9824 It's SUPPOSED to sound like that it's not exact, it's called a parody. You obviously don't know the meaning of the word. You seem like you don't know comedy at all. Maybe you should learn about the art of comedy before you try to accuse people.
@@kibindankoi9824 Perhaps do some research on what comedy IS instead of THINKING you know comedy, maybe then you Africans wouldn't have such nasty attitudes, and being offended all the time for no reason.
Yannita you been talking bad about africa for a long time in you media , and some poeole will take it seriously that why , and am not mad coz i love hone land
What do you mean by "people from multiple backgrounds in one race itself"? French, German, Irish people? They seem to get along swimmingly. Parties have been around for centuries now.
