Jamie Grace - I thought you could never write another song that has cried out to my Spirit just as my soul needed it like you did with "Holding On," but I sit here at three AM during another very trying time in my life, I am worshiping as I listen to this on repeat. Believing in My God, who will fix things. Even if it truly isn't this side of Heaven. I can not express how deeply these lyrics have stirred my soul. I really needed this. My Grandpa just died a few weeks ago of cancer. It was only a 2 month battle. This was something that God didn't fix. This song helped me realize that God can fix things, but he won't always choose to, and it was my Grandpa's God-chosen time. He accepted Jesus on his death bed and I'm so happy that I'll see him up in heaven in perfect health when I go to be with Jesus.

My heart is so touched by your story AND it is so similar too our sons story too with tics and overcoming obsessions and his autism and misunderstanding why God doesnt just fix all things always instantly. He takes those shattered places and valleys and one becomes a healing balm for others. If YOU knew my story if broken places THROUGH my journey your mouth would drop. The source of my faith and source in life has always been God...crying on my bed with my Bible or journaling prayers too Father God. Feeling like an orphan and out of the box....I am 48 years young now and boy has our life been tested last year actually last 3 years since I graduated top ten percent from college at EIU and take 3 hours too share all I did at my age at Jr college and EIU...mind blowing what achieved BECAUSE I believed saw my vision already achieved in my heart and being and owned I was a 4.0 student and Brilliant and one with God THE Father AND He with me and wrapped in His worth. My dad has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's...my ankle was misdiagnosed from ankle injury....after graduating...had 2 surgeries may need another because not caught early WITH the right test...ultrasound. But my Faith remains...reason FOR everything. Love you all

11th December will be exactly a year since I lost my mum. She died in a road accident. Prior to her death, I went home for one week national election break and throughout that week, she kept praying unusually. I love her. She single handedly brought her 3daughters up. It hurts me everyday. I'm graduating from the university next year and my mum wouldn't be around. God didn't fix it. He could have made her survive the accident but He didn't. My mom had lupus. Her funeral is Sunday. This song really makes me cry because as bad as I want her here, she was suffering. She passed from pneumonia In both lungs and due to the lupus she wasn't able to fight any longer. She was a double amputee with kidney failure among a lot of other illnesses..
