He makes statements that are not true as if they were proven facts., he guesses at what Trump was thinking and treats his guesses as facts. He calls his opponents names like cult members which is a logical fallacy of name calling. He takes things Trump said and twists them to fit his narrative. Like so many Democrats and liberal media members he has called Trump and insurrectionist so long that he thinks it is a proven fact which it is not. He says that you don’t have to be convicted of insurrection to be discredited as a candidate. He said that insurrectionists from the Civil War did not have to be proven guilty. That is a false equivalence, because the two things are not the same January 6 and the Civil War were not the same, and as such as using another logical fallacy. All in all he is very knowledgeable and intelligent but his arguments are very flawed. This makes him dangerous because he presents his arguments as if they are absolutely true.

Over 27 well known psychiatrists have made a diagnosis based on his speech problems and inability to sometimes complete words, sentences, thought patterns. His problems are so striking I just don't understand how the mainstream media doesn't show him when he's loses it at his rallies. However Rachel Madow of MSNBC did mention it on her show 1 week ago. He had problems when speaking in South Carolina last week. I've been a nurse for almost 40 yrs. and have cared for patients with dementia. Pres. Biden shows normal age related gaffes, but trumps problems are indicative of brain damage. This was stated by a psychiatrist who taught at John Hopkins Medical School, and after he spoke with 27 psychiatrists. This is really very scary and alarming.

In Illinois (and some other states) you can only vote for a write in candidate if they have filed to be a write in. Otherwise, your vote does not count.

MTG has a business degree & James Comer has an Agricultural degree. Gaetz & Jim Jordan both have JD degrees although neither holds an active law license (Gaetz's law license was suspended for not paying his bar fees & Jordan never sat for the bar). I could give some leeway to MTG & Comer because law & government weren't their fields of study but Gaetz & Jordan should know better. What I don't understand is if law & government aren't your forte, why the heck would you sit on a committee that discusses those subjects, at length, without familiarizing yourself with them? I guess I grew up under the scrutiny of my peers, teachers, colleagues, family, & parents, & if I screwed something up, boy, would I hear about it immediately. My Mom's baby brother was a MENSA genius. I couldn't write a letter to him without a dictionary by my side because he would send my letter back to me corrected. The first time my big sister, who was also pretty smart, wrote him a letter, she told me he sent it back to her. I immediately stopped her & said, "What did you spell wrong?"

I think that the law is the law and should be respected and enforced unless it’s not enforced on all people! The laws of this country shouldn’t be given special privileges to anyone who committed the crimes because of their ethnicity or status in the Country 😮 the laws should apply to anyone and be enforced no matter who,or where they are 😮 How can one person commit a crime and goes to prison and another person commits the same crime and nothing is done? Are the laws of this country enforced on people who’s not Rich and the Rich gets away with everything they do? This is totally unacceptable and disgusting! We see this in Courts throughout America and it’s not something that should be tolerated or taken place 😮

You should listen to the arguments and questions to the supreme court over these questions. Raskin is not deep diving on this subject from the legal standpoint or relevant case law. Raskin is also misrepresenting many nuances of these questions.
