Mum's.. never had sorrel cake.. mi ready fi try it...I tell mi husband about you.. he always see me watch your videos..I tell him when we go visit family in JA in March-I can show off some of your recipes and cook new meals with confidence...I used to watch another caribbean cooking channel but yuh by far di best. I would love to try a piece of that and cake. It looks to most and delicious.. I agree with you Ms. Debbs.. first time cake pans were heavy and of good quality.. I don't know what they are making now. I bought all my plans for store that sells supplies for professionals.. it's a bit pricey but good quality.. can't wait for the sorrel puree.. blessings

where do you get the real Sorrel to buy in the USA, the dehydrated Sorrel cannot puree, I am living in Georgia.
