Star of BBC Dead Ringers, Jan Ravens totally nails a painfully accurate Theresa May impression Edinburgh 2017 tickets onsale now - gildedballoon.co.uk/tickets/pe... c/o www.colekitchenn.com
May's voice is cracking all the time now and she walks with a stooped figure often quivering as well. Imagine if she spoke at a rally on a common in a marginal constituency like Jeremy Corbyn did a few weeks ago.
Most impressions on youtube aren't that great, but this one is so so accurate - it's got her mannerisms, acccent and intonations down to a tee. Excellent caricature
Doesn't quite work because Jan's humanity is showing. Get some animatronics inside a mummy from the British Museum then put some slap on it and you might get a bit closer to it.
A Nephew of mine from Plymouth (England) was told he wouldn't be allowed to go to a Grammar school because he lived in a poor area of the City (Swilly) The boy insisted that he wished to go to the school and with the help of his mother, by some miracle achieved their aim.
Al Funcoot Agree on your first part re the intelligence. Don't know if evil is the word, she's blinkered and is not a people person. Devoid of emotion and compassion. Terrible leader.
Fallon Kellichan Hmmm, we all have our beliefs. I'm a staunch Tory voter and a member of the Party and I wouldn't consider myself evil or stupid. I despise the Labour Party, but each to their own. I respect people's views and wouldn't knock people for voting them. I'm a bit puzzled as to why Corbyn's treating it as a victory. It's a decent result for Labour, I'll give him that - but he still lost - quite heavily too.
@stfitness Don't be silly. Corbyn defied all the pundits who. predicted a massacre for the Labour Party. Theresa May lost a small but rock solid overall majority and now has to rely on the support of 10 DUP regressives, and fate alone knows what she's going to have to bribe them with. DUP - The party of the "Reverend" Ian Paisley. "CAN YOU HEAR ME?"
