The republican governor and state attorney general went after the prosecutor for st.louis city and removed her under threat of prosecution over this case, this was the straw that broke the camel’s back, weeks before this the prosecutor let different groups of black youths go unpunished for a string of crimes including shooting at police with illegal machine guns and not charging them as well as a long list of non prosecution for hundreds of shootings and murders, all in the name of restorative justice bull shit, the prosecutor was Kim gardener, a George sorros funded idiot who was actually going to nursing school instead of prosecuting shootings, google and just read the state attorney general’s report on her, shocking to say the least. Her and the mayor and dumb as a box of rock Cori bush who doesn’t understand how taxes work was all the end result of democrats destruction of black communities. Now st.louis city is a huge dangerous shithole and covered in graffiti, when just a few years ago it was rare to see graffiti, now anything goes including teens walking around with ar15 rifles like it’s cool and having insane shootouts and the cops are all trash in the city because they are led by diversity hire incompetent dei trash that thinks we shouldn’t stop that teen that is brandishing a gun be that’s racist. They have to advertise nationally for cops because nobody wants to be a cop in this democrat shithole.

As an amputee from a bad driver, at her age, i can tell you 20 years later that her life will be difficult and never the same. People fade away and supporters go on with their regular lives, while you continue to heal and suffer. Ive had over 40 surgeries and its messed w the rest of my body. I pray she does well for sure.
The problem is that we have all these bail reforms. Then we have all these non-profit organizations advocating for these juveniles. The real problem is that they're not being held accountable for the crimes they commit. Punishment should be hard and swift. This kid should not have been out on the street, let alone driving a vehicle.
Janaes 2 legs are worth more than the maximum sentencing on all charge. Sad that all daniel may get is 19 years, not nearly enough for what he took from Janae.
