A unfortunately a much too common challenged faced by people with disabilities, their families and supporters. Thank you Jane, Nick and Michelle and the ODSC Victoria for putting this together. This should be viewed by all support staff and families who have love ones living in residential settings. Oh such a valuable guide for all those involved.
