JANGKKU on award shows in a nutshell 

Well even back early in IZ*One members were aware that Wonyoung had that MC/public speaking vibe down despite her young age, much as Yujin did. There were lots of times where Eunbi let them do the public speaking at events as they were just so good at it. That was one of those extra things that made Wonyoung such a strong center in that Wonyoung wasn't just there as eye candy, she was very good at speaking with or without a script from that center spot. Eventually Wonyoung and Sunghoon may develop chemistry similar to the prior MC's, though sometimes that is simply a matter of personality and they never reach that comfort level with each other.

there are celebrities that are lucky..those who are born with the superior genes and seems to know what they are doing all the time and then there are celebrities who are good in planning and practicing everything they do until they perfect it wonyoung is both..that’s why she never slips..she never looks nervous and she looks professional all the time..

@@dyas.angger The gentlemanly thing to do would have been to offer his elbow when he reached the stairs or to step up and offer his hand back to her to steady herself. I seem to remember that her co-host at the Asia Artists Awards who was in Super Junior did the same thing when she was in even higher heels at that. Maybe that is a side effect of the nastiness of fan culture there where an "oppa" can get in the dog house with his female fans for simply touching a female idol or to protect that female idol from his sasaeng fans going after her as trying to horn in on their man. It's also possible that is something you simply don't do in Korean culture unless it is your girlfriend or wife though I think I have seen some idols and actors help a lady up stairs who is in heels or a long skirt not to be demeaning, but just to be helpful.

@@kentvesser9484 yeaah yeah i thought so. Younger male idols tend to be more careful (afraid) in case the female idols would get bullied if they have skinship thingy. So i kinda understand why some younger male idols act that way. While older ones and their fans tend to be more mature. Regardless i believe that both must have the intention of protecting their partners

I suppose you meant 2:32. That was at the entertainment awards rather than music awards, so it is mostly actors, PDs, writers, MC's and comedians in the audience. Network awards shows like that tend to be a lot more reserved crowd except when a major VIP wins an award like Yoo Jae Seok, or someone who has been overlooked for years gets an award at last like Kim Jongmin. Sadly, outside of some on the variety and music shows cast or staff many in the crowd may not have known who they are or were trying to figure out what drama they were in together to win a best couple award not realizing they were the MC's of Music Bank.

I mean to be fair, they kinda can’t just be themselves without a scandal happening. But even then, I think their friendship isn’t all formal behind the scenes. I hope to see more content of them together in the future, like the kpop idol sweep was interesting to watch!
