I'm afraid I 'm going to have to ask you to be a little more specific in what your issue is. is the tension not correct, it your bobbin thread popping out of the tensioner, is the bobbin thread getting caught in the bobbin case...? also, what type of thread are you using?

Yes, they are nice and bright (great for hand-sewing!). I don't have the machine in front of me but I believe there is an adjustment in the settings.

Unfortunately no. But otherwise it's a great machine.
