31:17 and 36:54 Not only rare but I don’t think they used them for very long either. Might of even been phased out on March 2 1998 which is considered to be the unofficial beginning of the powerhouse era. You see I think what they were doing in both January and February of 1998 is they were using bumpers like those to test the waters to see if the background colors for next and wbb/btts bumpers would fit in with the networks image. From mid-1997 - March 1 1998 the network went through a brief mini era which ran concurrent with the checkerboard material that was slowly phasing out and some of the powerhouse material slowly phasing in which would evolve into the powerhouse era which was in full effect by the end of 1998. The first person powerhouse bumpers date back to July 1997 and the cartoon gang revamp with a stick of dynamite on a plate with a yellow background dates back to fall 1997 but I don’t think background color bumpers was intended to be the entire rebrand of the network. In February 1998(a week after the Thundarr recodings in this video) Gumby, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Fantastic Voyages Of Sinbad, Road Rovers and Waynehead all arrived on the network and all of which had curtain nexts made for them but no wbb/btts so they all used the first person powerhouse bumpers. With the first person powerhouse bumpers now being used more than ever and the usage of these rare background color logo Station ids is what I feel prompted them to have the background colors to be used for nexts and wbb/btts which started to phase in on March 2 1998 with Batman being the first show to receive these background color bumpers.

Did anyone ever watch New Adventures of Johnny Quest? I would see those promos for the 3d stuff and then when it wasn't the whole thing I just tuned out. Is it worth trying to track down?

You wouldn't happen to have anything from Kids WB off of WB 56 WLVI-Boston between 2002-2005 would you?

Nice find always great when new classic CN material arrives. Especially rare stuff like as seen here. Anyone know why that Sinbad cartoon didn’t last long on the channel? I wonder if it was a show from another country that ended but CN was giving it its US run or that they had limited rights. Anyone know?

Not sure but its interesting to note that the same production company (Fred Wolf FIlms) also made the 80s TMNT cartoon and James Bond jr.
