Thank you so much for the Takeaways! I find them quite useful tips for my trip coming October as you talk about the things that are never mentioned in other videos. And if I might add about the Ryokans: it's a term being used as tourist traps by some hotels/hostels. Traditional Ryokans are indeed normally one-room sleeping places, BUT they include Kaiseki (3/5 course seasonal menu) dinner and breakfast meals served in your own room, and often offer free passage to an onzen (bathinghouse). That's the reason the prices are more higher than that of hotel rooms.
