Japan A’tin emotional reaction to MAPA (SB19 on The First Take) 

I can't stress this enough but the thing that separates SB19 from other groups is their ability to sing in a colorful way. They can do everything that everybody does in the industry, plus more. My heart is overflowing with happiness watching them do what they do best.

Anything and everything about parents will never be OA. We all feel for you as we also relate to this song. No other song can surpass the beautiful message of this song

The instrumentals are very Bridgerton-ish inspired. You know, the way Bridgerton made modern music into classical modern takes.

The only song that had hit me so deep...😢 if I can only turn back the time, I will never leave my father because of my job. I miss you tatay..sooo much.

It's ok, you don't have to be sorry. You're not alone. The song is relatable, and anyone who, might not be their biological parents, has people around them who they consider as their parents or second parents share the same feeling with you. It's a song filled with gratitude and love for their family. SB19 showed us one of their core values thru this song and honestly, it's one of the many reasons why I like this group.

Understandable po ang reactions mo, MAPA hits differently! So emotional that your eyes will cry out voluntarily, that's how powerful the song is!

When I watch the premiere last night - same na same po talaga tayo ng reaction. Like "Oh my God" tapos same tayo ng placement ng kamay. Hahahaha, ganyan na ganyan ako kagabi. 🙌🙌🙌

Happy ako dahil Mahal na Mahal mo ang Nanay mo. Ako ay 68y/o na at binlocked ng 3 Kong anak ng yumao na ang ama nila. Kilala Lang nila ako noong nasa abroad ang àma nila. Lagi silang andito, pero nang nagretire na ang ama nila ay Hindi man Lang Kami masilip o maalala kaya nang nastroke ang ama ay Di man Lang dinalaw at ang tumulong SA aking magbantay SA ospital ay mga highschool students na mababait sa aming mag-asawa. Ayokong maririnig ang MAPA kasi Hindi ako mala relate, naiiyak Lang ako. Gusto nila ày mawala na àko mabait Lang sila SA in-laws nila at SA ibang tao. Diyos ang tangi Kong inaasahan. Nag-iisa na ako at may scoliosis pa. Mabuti may maliit akong sari sari store kundi ay baka namamalimos na ako. Masuerte ang MGA magulang na Mahal ng mga anak. Okay Lang Sana Kung masàma kaming magulang, driver Lang ang ama nila àt walang bisyo Kaya napag-aral sila. Hindi raw nila ginustong isilang Kami Lang ang may gustong magka-anak. Maramot sila SA akin, ang ISA SA kanila ay nasa Australia.

Kabayan I can resonate din dahil living here in Canada for 40 years..really missed my parents dahil both of them namatay din before pandemic.. This SB19 music remain forever in my heart forever💔

I think it’s Ken and Josh harmonizing with Pablo, even in their live versions…only Josh was focus in the camera.

It was Ken doing all the bass, it just happened that the camera focused Josh, joshwas singing a midtone harmony.

Same tayo, I always thought the second voice throughout the song is Ken, meron pala si Josh na part.
