Can I get the regular normal green SUICA card at the Narita/Haneda airports? For e.g from the travel/ticket counter 🤔

Good thing I'll be in Japan this October. I definitely picked a really good time to go, plus I'm going to SEGA Tokyo Joypolis so I take a pic of Sonic in a vampire costume. And I'll be Kurayoshi City Tottori prefecture in November so I'm pretty excited about that, especially since there's an event going on over there. Probably go try to check out the sand dunes as well. Oh shoot though with a new political order, this can be concerning for me. Hopefully, I can still afford my fun in Japan........ I hope.
