We're avoiding the hype of all the overcrowded sakura viewing places around Tokyo or the so-called "secret" sakura spots. Sakura are everywhere, so all you have to do is just go out and walk around to see them and that's exactly what we're going to do in this live stream, in my local area in Matsudo.

Hey Cory...I just saw something amazing! If you check out this stream at 1:15:41, you will see on your right side of the screen, a small bar called. "WILLY'S". That was my dad, Willy's bar, years ago as far back as the late 80's. My dad (now gone), was born & raised in L.A., and was a Nisei man who owned a travel agency in L.A. and in Huntington Beach, called Kokusai Travel. At some point in time, during his many visits to Tokyo, he bought the bar, Willy's. Thank you for showing me a wonderful memory of my dad. 🥰

Wow really???? This one in Shin-Matsudo?!?? What a small world!!! And such an amazing story! I've passed by it several times in previous live streams a few years ago. I was surprised it was still there because the last time I saw it, it looked closed or abandoned. I'll look closer next time I'm in that area and update you about the condition. Thanks for sharing this story!
