Hi, I'm Cory and I live in the Tokyo area. I've been on RU-vid since 2012. I show Japan through my walk & talk videos, store tour videos, live streams, and more! My goal is to show places as they really are and also talk about culture, history, etc. while doing that. All of my videos include me talking. This is the way I make and share my videos. There are dozens of walking videos of Japan out there with no talking. I am not one of those types of channels.
A little info about me: I'm 42 years old, Korean American, born and raised in Japan as a U.S. Navy brat. I left Japan when I was 17 years old and came back at 37. I love dogs, history, science, art, technology, PC gaming, and much more.
WEEKLY LIVE STREAMS Every Monday, 10am Japan Time *weather or schedule permitting

I havent been to Aqua City in so many years and somehow suddenly thought of it. This brings back so many memories 🥹🥰 I have always loved Odaiba, especially in the summer.
Just saw a neck ice ring sold at Nitori. Maybe you can try this inexpensive way of staying cool. It's 999 Yen. If not, get yourself a tea or something.
Thanks Cory! This is amazing & so relaxing to watch. I used watch a lot of movies, but after my chronic pain issues started & my life became a constant headache nightmare, I couldn't be bothered with fictional plots. Glad I found walking videos (& small Japanese alleys 😁) to give me an escape from my daily worries.
Sorry about the weird technical issue near the end where I couldn't read any chat comments at all. But I hope y'all enjoyed seeing these areas! What was the most interesting for you? Let me know in the comments below. Cheers!
