This is the first part of my trip to Japan. After 20 something hours of travel our first stop was in Niseko, which is such a fun ski town. I have some notes and advice below on where to stay, where to drink, where to eat, and who to tour with. Overall our trip to Niseko was truly amazing. The honest overview is that we got some good snow, some high winds, a spring-like day, and our expectations were SUPER high. My advice to you is when you go to visit, go in with ZERO expectations, and just have an wonderful time, because looking back at all our footy and photos, and tapping into my memory… this was the trip of a lifetime with my brother and best friends. We ate amazing food, met some awesome new friends, and this is a place I will most certainly be brining my family back to sometime down the road. Niseko has a special place in my heart.
