A U.S. Air Force B-52H Stratofortress bomber 0023 assigned to the 23rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron took part in Exercise Cope North 24 the U.S. Pacific Air Forces’ largest annual multilateral exercise, which hosts multiple Allied partners.
Pilots and aircraft from the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force and United States Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps flew from Anderson AFB, Guam, to take part in a multinational formation flight, flanking each side of the B-52H Stratofortress bomber in a projection of power, interoperability and unity.
