Here's an easy Japanese fried rice dish with two of my favorite ingredients, curry and ground beef. It's so fast to cook up. And only requires a handful of simple ingredients. Get ready for a quick tasty fried rice meal!

INGREDIENTS:
400g (14oz.) White Rice (preferably stale)
150g (5.5oz.) Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/2 Small Onion
1 Chili Pepper
1 Garlic
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1/4 Tomato Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Dice onions and set aside. Do the same with pepper and garlic and keep both together inside a bowl.
Add ketchup ti worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Mix and set aside.
It is best to use stale rice at least a day old kept inside a refrigerator to dry out. Crumble up the rice best as you can without mashing into small bits.
Heat a wok or a pan on high heat. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. When it smokes add the oil and spread the oil around surface of wok or pan.
Add onions in first and cook for minute to minute in a half. Toss in peppers and garlic and cook for 10 seconds. Then toss in ground beef and cook through making sure to break up large clumps.
Add rice and mix thoroughly careful not to mush up the rice. Sprinkle curry powder around the rice. Mix until most of the rice is covered with curry. Add ketchup and worcestershire sauce mix into wok or pan. Mix until all ingredients are covered.
Finally add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Give it a taste and see if you need a bit more.
