Hey Lady, Jeff here... I just watched your sexy concept video, that’s a good start! Excited to try starching the chicken before cooking. I have never tried it that way before. This time however, I have to grill the chicken, (for 25 people) can’t pan fry, not an option. So maybe not this time, have to wait another time, when I can pan fry. So maybe just go from brine, to rinse, to dry, to lightly oil the chicken (or the grill) and then just brush on sauce thru the fire and again at the end. I enjoyed the video very much , well done, and with sound effects, YAY! Do you velvet chicken or beef?

Hi Jeff, thank you for your comment and sorry I just found this 🥲 If you do that way, I recommend make the sauce more thick. You can thicken the sauce with starch. I`m really happy to hear you enjoyed my video. So I can keep continue this. 🙏 Thanks a lot!
