OMG!!!! Looks SOOO good. First, thank you for always stating which sesame oil to use- regular or toasted. I can't tell you how many times I have seen recipes that call for a large amount of "toasted" sesame oil OR a vid where someone says "toasted sesame oil" & what they pour out is super light in color. (even clear) It's very frustrating & bothers my OCD! haha So many times I have to decide on my own which one would work best based on the amount called for. AND thank you for the cute & funny outtakes! TFS!!!
Looks scrumptious! I can never get enough of gari (pickled sushi ginger) and wasabi mayo is very versatile. Love how you brought it all together at the end with the spring onions and sesame seeds to top everything off. Truly worth trying 💖🔥
Yum! Hey by the way I got my apron today, I just opened the package. I want everyone to know this is a really nice apron. There’s four pockets it’s really thick it’s going to last forever it is really well worth the money. Plus it has our favorite chef on the front. Now you have to get your wife to wear your apron and help you cook in the videos
How did I miss this recipe? Japanese is my favorite food group, so this is one I will definitely make. The caramelization on the chicken made my mouth water. I'm thinking of trying them as a Bowl with zoodles or cauli/brocc rice instead of a wrap to keep it keto. YUMMM

Def going to try this. Love all the flavors and they seem like they would meld well together. I am not sure about the wasabi though... I never eat it when I get sushi because the spice/heat is too much for me.
Just add a touch in your Mayo and taste the Mayo and then add little more. The Mayo just gives you the flavour without much of the heat so start by mixing a small amount in the Mayo and tasting
I noped out at the ingredients for the marination itself 😂 dunno where I'll find half of these ingredients in my city... but looks great .. maybe someday I'll make it...

Why the fish don't you cook something with easily available indian ingredients?! Where the duck am I supposed to find cheddar cheese and basil from ramgarh bazar?
