Hai I just baked this bread 🍞 and took it out of the oven . Omg I couldn’t wait for it cool so I cut a piece . It was so delicious and super soft like cotton . Guys you peeps have to make this . This will be my go to bread recipe. Unfortunately I didn’t have heavy cream so added milk for that too. And I forgot salt . Yet my bread came out super yummy . Thanks so much fir the recipe
I would recommend you to replace the cream with milk + butter to get similar taste. For this recipe, 140g cream could be replaced with 80g milk plus 60g butter. Butter should be softened at room temperature, and added later, when the dough turns smooth.
Hai have a 12x5x4 inch pan will this amount of dough fit for that ? Cuz I mess up the amount of dough and I feel like my bread is in undercook side with raw dough line around .
I think it could fit. I did a rough calculation, the volume of your pan is 240 inch2, while my two baking tin together is around 2x8x4x4=256 inch2. But since your pan is big and deep, maybe you could increase the baking time a bit. If you have a themometer, you could simply pin it in the middle of bread right after baking. The inner temperature should be around 94C(201F) if the bread is cooked.
