As an artist, I have to say that I am impressed with the level of skill and artistry that is involved in making these dishes. I'm a vegetarian, and do not eat other animals. But I would LOVE to study the Japanese cultural disposition towards precision and skill. I think it would make me an even better artist than I already am. Be well.

Hard to find a legit ramen shop in U.S.A. In ohio we have kenko udon noodle and sushi its a japanese style version of chipotle. but all the good asian restaurants have a bowl or two of ramen as well.
