@@JonTheBrisketMisfit wow I've never tried fresh Tahini. I am intrigued. The tahini in the jar usually have a slight bitter taste. Is it different fresh?

@@ChefSaito You grind sesame seeds in a food processor and add olive oil so its smooth. If you use a neutral flavored oil its less bitter bro :-)

Is Sukiyaki sauce hard to do? (Asked and requested by Luis) and would love to see unagi sauce sometime ✌😶 (asked by judyann) Onegai shima ̄ su.
@ChefSaito
@ChefSaito 4 года назад
Thank you! please try this for your next salad or noodle. Sukiyaki sauce is very simple Soya:Sake:Sugar:Mirin 2:2:1:1 is the ratio. just mix and thats it. Unagi sauce is almost the same but more sugar and mirin. I could make a video about that.

@ChefSaito
@ChefSaito 4 года назад

Can you use peanut butter instead of tahini?

yeah in bigger amounts, i think as long as you can balance it you should be okay, also im looking for some alternative to add sweetnes to sauce maybe honey ? or agave ?

since you are not measuring ingredients then the camera needs to show how much is going in when you add them !
