Japanese Short movie - Trigger 

This is a nice short movie. It was pulled off quite nicely with no lines or speaking. It seems like the kunoichi's clan may have the better fighters. We don't know these two kunoichi's ranking in their clan but only the leader was the stronger fighter who was the problem. The bodyguard may have struggled but she otherwise took all the others on just fine. The female protagonist on the other hand killed one of their better fighters quite easily and it all makes sense why she wasn't fighting and the other one was doing all the fighting since she was pregnant. short but enjoyable with no lines.

An awesome little bout of Ninja action with tragic romance, like a mix between Azumi and Shinobi: Heart Under Blade. I loved it!

I like this. The body language is awesome for communicating. The choreagraphy for the fight scenes is definitely professional level.

Beautiful SAMURAI🗡STORY🎥📝

Overall it is very good for an amateur production. In reality, the single female warrior would have been killed easily from the beginning of the first battle but it's a fantasy so I will accept the story. Very good and I thoroughly enjoyed this.

I don’t know what is more entertaining- the movie or how most of the Japanese writers (who have a rep for being nice) savaged the movie but Western writers (from cultures that enjoy ripping things apart for fun) just loved it. The good part: I understand the story is basically a star crossed lovers trying to escape their angry leaders. So that is very cool (maybe less so in Japan 8 don’t know). The martial arts stunts are okay and that is a LOT harder than it looks. The story telling makes sense in a western way. Shot composition as from acceptable to excellent. Considering that it seems they did not have been have the budget for a drone much less most of the things that are used without a thought like a dolly. Many of the shots look like they were inspired from some of the old 1970-80’s films from Japan with a bit less mellow drama. 🎭 Generally I did really like this movie and understood it even though I can understand that some persons don’t or will not understand it because it is ‘en media Res” ((The thing that is missing is that this happens right after the two lovers have had biological relations without a condom for a month. And the black clad one is the relation to the red one as she is trying to bring her “sister” home)) The criticisms: The black clad Kuniochi (or female ninja) is not using good tactics. Killing the enemy stops them true but wounding the enemies legs is just as good. Also, they all have one kind of weapon. I assume Japanese are smart so Shinobi 🥷 are smart too. If you have a spear you keep a short sword on your hip if the enemy is too adept at getting on you have a back up to go to. If you have a sword you want daggers 🗡️ or darts to toss as you get close. And a Spy should have lots of choices. The two ladies are both ninja and even if they come from different clans, they should work together as two women are twice the threat (or course). And both don’t sneak very well. It looks silly that that many men could not take one or two ladies by splitting up and going at each of them. A different location may have helped it seem less of an issue. Most importantly, I did not have any non verbal clues between most of the big bad guy and the others. He is an enigma in that I can guess it but there is just not enough to keep things going on a relationship way. The one now gave me the general but we need more to complete the picture. This is where some more close in shots would have been useful. Bottom line This is a good shirt and while there is a bit of improvement possible I was very happy with it. 4 out of 5 Stars

WOW, very powerful movie with loud and explosive looks and action. I would easily watch and be entertained by these awesome act crews and do it over again because simplicity with a complex sub plot keeps me intrigued and well amused. Awesome job!!!

This is the very best ever emotional and realistic tribal love/war silent film and more in its unique perfection. The refusal of the male lover to carry out his duty to kill his love one on the count of her carrying his baby, the other lady sacrificing herself to protect her and hesitant to kill the unborn's father. Its like duty, love, hate and full believable actions wrapped all in one complex emotion in all the characters without a single word uttered but only, emotional facial expressions and body language which causes our imaginations running wild. The awesomeness of this picture (TRIGGER) is thee greatest movie I've experienced watching. Although it's described as a short film, it felt emotionally lengthy. 10-Q mucho much for this awesome experience.

When the fighter woman was killed, that triggered the inner warrior in the gentle woman. Her lover from the opposing clan couldn't bring himself to kill her, so he sacrificed himself to save her. He died in her arms - a beautiful, romantic death for a doomed lover!
