kinda funny how in Western cuisine they're quite anal about keeping as much oyster juices inside after opening because flavour etc etc etc, and here they even wash them :D
such a waste of water, they could easily have a foot pump to turn the water on and off as needed. Also the plastic and waste is really disheartening. Yes the food is delicious and beautifjl, but this type of behavior is what's leading to the over fishing of our oceans. Yeah I'm a buzz kill, but I'm not wrong.
