Hi Paolo can you do a “day in life with highschool student!” I’ve always wanted to see how a regular Japanese high schoolers life is in a POV! Thank you I love your videos so much!!!
Exactly! I feel like a lot of the Japanese school videos on here posted by foreign exchange students tend to provide a rosy picture of what it's actually like. In reality, most of them study for long hours, the curriculum is more difficult and advanced compared to the West and not to mention, almost everyone attends juku (cram school) after school.
I lived in Japan as a child from 61-63, then again from 64-68 - what great times - love Japan !!! I still love Yakitori so much !!! Thanks Paolo for your channel !!
Paolo your vids are comforting in a time I had to cancel plans to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka in September with my wife due to the on-going travel ban. I'll continue to watch and await the time I get to visit these cool places.
I love those old streets that preserve the original architectural style. Just wandering around there, you really feel like you’ve been transported to another era. Something that Japan really does well. My area (Ise city in Mie prefecture) has a seriously impressive old street/ neighborhood like this: Okageyoko-cho, near Ise Grand Shrine. Check it out if you’re in central Japan. Kp!🍻
Love Paolo's street food tour!❤️ This place looks so beautiful. It's sometimes good to go away from busy Tokyo and indulge yourself into ancient period😊💕
Your making my life enjoyable Paolo. Every video is an experience. It makes my day happier when I come home from a hard day at work. I cant wait for the next video of yours to come out. :D
Thanks for this. Our first trip to Japan in 2006 we walked down this very street to the temple . Our kids we’re only 13 and 10. Years old ..now they both live in Japan!! Many thanks
You are making me soooooo hungry, Paolo. Thanks for these restaurant suggestions. The food looks delicious. If Japan opens up by next year, I definitely want to add these restaurants to my trip schedule. :D
We did this on our last day of our Japan trip, and thought it would be a great place to stay and not be in a rush for the departure flight early the next morning. We stayed at Wakamatsu Honten and it was literally one of the most awesome moments of our entire trip. The walking street is old school, quiet, and yet plenty of things to see and do, shops to wander into, street food, out of the way temples, etc. Wakamatsu Honten is not cheap but a great Japanese Inn experience with onsen, and in room dinner and breakfast. The next morning after a great breakfast and last trip to the onsen, it was an easy arrival at Narita for the flight out.
I would like to see the temple, Share's Kitchen, Narita Yume Bokujo I get gelato and a chance to play with cows😊 and I really like Miyoshia😍😍. Paolo thank you for making an awesome channel and I always look forward to a video from you.

Can't wait to go back to Japan!! If I land in Narita, this omotesando looks so good. Would be great to spend a day/night in the area and try all these places, instead of leaving for Tokyo right away. Saving them in a google map. If I can't go yet...at least I have your videos. Also, your cheerful and positive personality makes my day.

I spent a month in Narita in March 2020 and went to eat dinner and walk around in Narita San so many times. It was still so cool to see you walking around there and sharing your knowledge of the Japanese foods and the back ground of the area. Thank YOU SO MUCH During the last two years your adventures have been like mini vacations. I look forward to see new posts and look at your website and hope some day soon I will be able to come explore Japan again.
Love this video! I wish they had these places in the US. Miyoshita sounds just perfect. Eating in a Japanese garden sounds awesome!😍😍😍😍😍 In fact, Japan sounds wonderful. ❤❤❤❤❤Wish I was there.
Thank you so much Pablo for this place which I have been searching for a long time and thanks to you I know where it is now. One of your many great videos for foreigners
Thanks for sharing those places with us. We go to Narita frequently but we never noticed that cute cafe Miyoshiya before. After watching that video we went to Narita again to try it out. We really liked it!

Thank you for doing such a great video for Narita-san. I think this is much needed. I had a few instances that I had an overnight connection at Narita airport, or extra time after a business trip before my flight and found Narita-san by accident. Nartia-san is a great but often forgotten place to visit. It's great for a half-day visit and a quick train ride from Narita airport but it works best if you check out of your hotel by 10am and have a night flight.
Thank you Paolo for this video! This would be so helpful for a long layover at Narita Airport! Since others are suggesting a day in life video, if possible a day in the life of a Nurse would be awesome!
your japanese street food tour is my favorite! thank you for taking us to (virtual) japan trip during these hard times. wishing you & your family the best 🥰
I was supposed to go to Japan for the first time last year and it was either Narita Intl Airport as my entry or exit port. I never thought of exploring Narita but now I have seen this I will put it on my list of places to visit if and when i get the chance to go there after this C19 dust settles down.
Narita is a great spot to walk around, every time I go to Japan my flight always comes in later so I usually layover there, then go for a morning walk through the temple gardens before hopping on the train to Tokyo
The rice cracker the machine to remove oil is great. Unagi rice and ice shave dessert also awesome. The last dessert also looks so beatiful. Living in Japan is great too I Food Leveling 😍😋
I feel very blessed my local Japanese grocery store had in the corner of their refrigerated case one package of Sakura mochi with a sakura leaf wrapped around it yum

Hello! I always enjoy and study English from your video. I saw you on that day when you were having rice crackers!!😋 So, I was looking forward to updating your video!! I'll enjoy your other videos from now on!🌈
What a nice feedback from you, I'm glad for the person (s), who has been making Malay subtitles!🤗👍 Subtitles are made by volunteers; since I sometimes do subs in other language, it's nice overall to read that someone else's subtitles are appreciated😊
Paolo, darn you. lol Why didn't you do this video 2 years ago when I was living there. I'm not the most adventurous person and don't speak any Japanese. But lived and worked in Narita for 10 years prior to Covid. I always loved walking the street to the temple and then going to the forest behind the temple to relax. I would have loved to have seen this while I was there to know what good treats I was missing out on. Well, hopefully after things open back up I can come back to work there again. Thank you for the great videos.
