I’m a wife to a country boy! Small town grew up and met in high school. Got married and took our vows serious! Had our kids and raised them country!!! My Great Great Grandpa bought a 120 acre farm in 1897. He moved from the big city because he didn’t want his son to live in the city. 6 generations later I am very lucky to own the same farm and raised my two boys in the country. Love this song Jason… Thank you for always making farm songs!!

Thanks for a great song bubba!! I'm the 7th of 8 kids, dad dug coal underground and farmed 300 acres of prime Ohio ground and gave us all a damn good upbringing, while mom schooled us!! We now are all connected someway to the agricultural life, and I'm buying the home farm off of dad and starting work underground, hope to carry on a proud family tradition! Never worked on a farm when I was young but I worked at a quarts drilling company with my dad when I was 11 it was one of the best times of my life. I got to ride quads, drive the boss around in his new ford excursion, operate fork lifts, and a bunch of tough labor. Days like that molded me into the man I’ve become and I’m proud.

Song speaks to how I was raised in rural Colorado throwing hay and cleaning stalls, to how Ive raised my boys in small town Alabama. Now raising you boys in this manner does not close of opportunity's to them it opens them up. My oldest is an Engineering student at Auburn, and my youngest is still in high school who's wants to be an author at this time, but their core values are the same. It also shows how Jason Aldean is this generations Hank Williams JR! Who saved Country Music in the 70's 80's. For those that don't remember Country music stunk back then with the number one song being a duet between Niel Diamond and Barbra Streisand! It was saved by Hank, George, Willie and Waylon. It will be saved again.

Absolutely! Born and raised Shepherdsville, Kentucky. My husband was 100% country! Raised our oldest to be country and now raising a mid life miracle son to be country. Raised our daughter to be a lady and to be country girl. She certainly is a country girl.

My son is 18 months old and is obsessed with this song…he heard the words “summer cash” so now when he wants to hear the song he scream CASSSS. We watch this video multiple times a day and now sometimes he wants to dance around or tries to kiss the screen.

I was raised in the city. The moments i remember most fondly from my whole childhood were when we got to go really outside. Hunting with grandpa, or 4-wheeling with my cousins, or fishing with my dad, or camping with him, or even playing football in the backyard. America needs real men again.

I love ❤️ every song you sing and I want to tell you, BLM threatened to burn down our church in this small town and we got the word out and good old boys came out of the woods and they were swamped, some didn't even get off the bus. Bikers showed up and parked their bikes across from them and stared um down. It was totally Awesome, l wish you could have been there to see it.
