Southgate has totally wasted this opportunity. Bellingham has had an amazing year but he's played loads of football and looked tired from the get go. City and Arsenal players Sake/Stones/Walker/Foden/Rice have had a title race that went right down to the wire and it looks like it's taken it's toll. Saka apart all didn't look themselves. They should have been rested for at least 2 of the group games (that's why you have a squad) Whereas the likes of Watkins/Palmer/Gordon/Guehi/Toney/Mainoo/Eze/Dunk etc weren't mentally and physically shattered and should have been made more use of.
