If a person dies as a result of a hoax call, then the offender should face manslaughter or wrongful death charges. Hoax calls won't be as funny if there's a manslaughter charge attached. 5years in custody minimum for 1 false call, unlimited fine, seizure of goods, permanent disconnection of both land and mobile networks and banned from using the internet should have the effect of clamping down on false calls.
Hoax calls should be punished with being made to pay the costs of prosecution, an unlimited fine, 6 months-2 years imprisonment, being made to pay the costs of the call out, disconnection from the telephone network and internet for two years (except for the purpose of your employment). If someone dies, the possibility of a manslaughter charge on top of that.
wow that little boy could have survived if them people who hoax called didn't do it . guys don't prank called no emergency service becaise one day it might be u who needed the emergency service but they 2 busy becaise they are dealing with a hoax called .
I think it's a disgrace that people make hoax 999 calls, my dad hase fallen and broken his skull on 2 occasions. He literally hade only minutes left. To think that someone would send the emergency services out to a hoax is disgusting, jail them and name them in the papers and put their details online.
