Although I liked the interview I would have preferred to see more of a dialogue. In this video you ask a question, Jason answers that question, and you give him the next question which was often not related to what Jason answered earlier. You did not really give feedback or comment on his answers. Sometimes Jason said things of which I thought, "wait. what do you mean by that? Can you elaborate on that?" But you already moved on to the next question, which often was about a different topic. Suggestion: reflect on what the person says, and get your next question from that reflection. In this video it sounded almost as if you were reading your questions from a paper. Don't prepare yourself too much and let chance influence how the interview will go. Otherwise said, ride the wave of self-generated synchronicity :-)
