I like Audubon a lot. I love the development. However, the one thing that drives me crazy, is that many of these builders are using junk card board thermo ply sheathing. They’re even doing it on the 7-800k houses!!! If someone is spending 800k on a house, they need to use zip, or they need to use osb or cdx with tyvek wrap. Texas does get high winds & needs the shear strength of real sheathing. A positive of this development is that the soil is sandy loam, so people don’t need to worry about their foundations like people do in other areas. The house won’t move.
