I'm really like the Mavera by Pulte Homes but now this has also entered the race! And to answer your question... I genuinely do believe that we landed on the moon. Hubby and I are retired. Possibly looking to move to Texas from California to stretch our pensions and investments, in addition to being close to family in Houston and San Antonio. Love the options, but looking for a budget friendly property (no more than 1800 sq ft, 3-4 bdrms, lg pantry/kitchen, one story). I'm sure we can adjust to the humidity that I don't miss, having been born and raised in humid Illinois, but in CA for 27 years with dry heat. Looking forward to exploring more on whether a new build or older property would work. Visited Austin/San Antonio/Waco in 2020 and will be visiting Galveston in the early summer, and maybe a drive up to explore the area!! Major concern would be dealing with weather, being close to the Gulf Coast, and HOA. Thank you for sharing!!
